Make Space is a coworking and workshop studio in Oak Cliff, Dallas — built by Mosaic Makers Collective for the creative community that's always been here.
Make Space carries a double meaning we love. It’s a space you make in — art, businesses, friendships, memories. And it’s an invitation to make space in your life for what matters: creativity, community, rest, yourself.
Say it either way. Both are correct. That’s the point.
A physical room — with tools, people, and good light — where you go to turn ideas into things.
To clear room in your life for what matters — creativity, community, rest, your voice.
Mosaic Makers Collective started as a small community of artists, crafters, and side-hustlers who kept running into the same problem: great ideas, no space to work on them.
We spent years hosting pop-ups in borrowed spaces, teaching workshops in living rooms, and meeting in coffee shops that closed at 2pm. We knew what we needed. We just had to build it.
Make Space opened in Oak Cliff because that's where our community already was — and because this neighborhood has always been home to people who create things and build things and refuse to do it quietly.
We're not a corporate coworking chain. We're a studio, a classroom, a community, and a really good excuse to leave the house.

We built a space for people who create — not just scroll. Whether it's code, candles, or sourdough, the act of making something matters.
The person at the next desk is a collaborator, not a competitor. We actively build a culture where people share, support, and show up for each other.
Day passes start at $25. Workshops are priced to be reachable. We'd rather have a full, diverse room than a fancy empty one.
We're in Oak Cliff because that's where our community lives. We hire local, partner local, and try to be a good neighbor in every direction.
We care that the work you do here actually moves your life forward — not just fills the hours. That's why we have workshops, not just desks.
Freelancers, founders, potters, podcasters, perfumers, poets. If you make things, you belong here. We don't have a type.
Anybody can write it on a wall. These are the small, specific ways it shows up when you walk in.
